In the vibrant heart of Berlin, nestled among the bustling streets and the eclectic mix of ethnicities, lies Fatoush. Known for its exquisite Middle-Eastern cuisine and also for its pioneering approach to gastronomy culture.
I oversee the digital pulse of all branches of the restaurant. My work is to analyze Internet trends in the vibrant community that loves Fatoush`s food. Facebook page insights, Google analytics, and collected data are in my daily routine.
Media data monitoring is not just about tracking data; it`s about transforming that data into actionable insights that can propel a brand forward in a competitive landscape. As digital spaces evolve, the ability to quickly adapt and respond to consumer needs and preferences will distinguish leading brands from the rest. Embracing this sophisticated analytical approach will ensure that businesses are not merely participants in the digital dialogue but proactive architects of their success stories.
One of the problems I had when I started with Fatoush was about the very basic and limited company’s website. Fatoush uses readymag.com as a website builder. The service helps to build some beautiful web pages and also provides some nice tools to extend pages’ functionality using JavaScript. It was my first time with Readymag but really is an easy-to-learn builder.
I presented to my employers what PHYGITAL CONCEPT is and what it can do for the business. I focused on:
- The ability to collect data from offline activities.
- To keep track of what delivery service our clients want.
- To integrate the "catering clients" pages with the PHYGITAL CONCEPT database.
- Create Interactive online and offline (printed) menus for the restaurants.
- Create interactive printed flyers
- Landing pages and newsletters connected with the flyers, menus, or other printed material.
I didn’t recommend building a new website fully supported by PHYGITAL CONCEPT CMS, because that would be a significant expense for the present time. I offer them the idea of integrating the Readymag-based website with PHYGITAL technology.
It was also an opportunity and a challenge to write some (javascript) widgets for Readymag. Last days we had our first results, and we are going to present a new level of experience to Fatoush clients.
We took the challenge because we knew that with PHYGITAL CMS we could set up a communication channel with Fatoush’s guests and clients using the storytelling system of the cms. When the full integration goes live all of the Fatoush funs and followers will be able to share stories, ask about anything, and learn first about new gastronomy hacks, tips, and products.
Our final goal is to offer a new phygital experience for Fatoush guests and clients.
